The combination of two massage balls makes this fascia ball perfect for a soothing massage of parallel muscle strands. Bony prominences, in particular the spinous processes of the spine, are simply left out of the recess, so that you can massage your back, neck, shoulders, arms and legs with the BLACKROLL® DUOBALL 08.
Parallel muscle strands can thus be massaged not only simultaneously, but also evenly. You don't hit the spinous processes because the balls of fascia are directly next to the spine. Thanks to its size and shape, you can also use the DUOBALL massage ball for self-massage of your shins, arms and shoulders. The bony structures are not affected. Unlike the DUOBALL 12, this fascia ball has a smaller diameter of 8 centimeters, which is why it is also suitable for selective self-massage.
